HEARING GOD 2
John 16:13 says;
The Holy Spirit is here to guide you into all truth. There is a truth about every aspect of your life. There is a truth about your academics; there is a truth about your health; there is a truth about your purpose on this earth and Jesus says the Holy Spirit will guide you into it. He will guide you into all truth not some truth. God never wants you confused in this life. The Holy Spirit is in you to lead you in your day-to-day activities just as Jesus was with His disciples day in day out. Take note that in the verse quoted above, Jesus says “He (the Holy Spirit) will guide you into all truth”. He did not say He will tell you all truth rather He will guide you into all truth.
Most times we pray and wait for visions, dreams etc where God will give us the instructions word for word. Although, this sometimes happens but it will not always happen because Jesus already showed that, the way the spirit of God tells us what to do is by guiding us. Rom 8:14 says;
Notice the use of the word ‘led,’ and we have noted earlier that Jesus used the word ‘guide’. Picture it like a herd of cattle being led by a shepherd. The shepherd already knows where he is headed but he takes the sheep and leads them every step of the way giving them the direction necessary per time like “turn right”, “turn left” and by following these directions, the sheep find themselves in their fertile ground.
God wants to lead you every step of the way. He does this because He wants you to walk by faith and not by your senses or reasoning. As a believer you can always know what to do at every point in your life by following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Rom 8:16;
The most common way the spirit of God leads is the inward witness. God sometimes speaks through dreams, visions, audible voices, etc but we must realize that He will not always give you dreams on everything. You must learn to check within.

The Lord loves you and wants you to come to Him. He wants you to take in yourself His very life. If you are making the decision to heed His call, say this prayer below with all seriousness.
Lord your Word says in Rom. 10:9, 10 that if I will confess you Lord over my life and believe that you died for me, I will be saved. I believe that you died for me and I confess that you are Lord over my life. Hallelujah! I am saved. I am a new creation. Praise the Lord.
